My experience here has been trash for the last several years but this visit was PHENOMENAL! The receptionist was poised and professional, the hygienist was warm, thorough, and steady, the hygienist’s assistant was manicured and precise (what a wise investment to have assistants for the hygienists), and the business manager went out of his way to ensure my insurance on file was accurate and my bill was paid up before I left the building so I wasn’t hounded months later via their collection service. I’m very pleased and I had a great experience. What a turnaround from where this place was headed. KEEP IT UP!

My husband hadn’t been to the dentist in years and they treated him wonderful. My husband‘s teeth were in amazing shape for not being at the dentist for so many years, but he had some problem areas and they didn’t shame him or make him feel any type of way. They did a great job cleaning his teeth and did what needed to be done. Most dentist wanted him to come in for X-rays before they would even schedule his cleaning but They managed to schedule him on the same day .

I had a great experience with Dr. Ali and her practice. First of all, my extraction went smoothly and she answered all my questions. Secondly, the staff was friendly and Andres was very helpful with my dental insurance information. He gave me details almost to the exact amount. I am thankful they take dental insurance. There is a growing trend of dentists dropping out of PPO dental insurance networks including my current dentist out of town. I wish I had discovered her before!

Had a great experience at Northwest Family Dental. Dr. Ali was thorough, professional, and made everything feel very comfortable and straightforward. Veronica did an amazing job with the cleaning. Probably one of the best cleanings I’ve had in a long time. Jada was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout the visit and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ali is such an amazing dentist. She is kind, honest, and patient. Her staff are also wonderful. Lena has been great every time I’ve gone in. Darrius is very helpful when I’ve had to call. Andres is the office manager and he went through everything with me for prices and what my treatment plans would be and was so sweet even though I’d end up asking almost the same thing but he was so nice and didn’t mind. I tell people about them and recommend people and chance I get. I’m so glad my friend referred me to them. 100% satisfied!!!
